Process development
Often the development of new products is accompanied with the development of new manufacturing processes. Both product development and process development are core competences of the AVA GmbH.
Here, classical engineering knowledge, recent scientific research results, and company-internal research activities get combined. In order to cope with all occurring tasks we use the latest technologies and highly qualified personnel.
Emerging from an innovative idea we initially pursue a theoretical approach which is then verified and elaborated using test rigs and specially developed production samples. On this basis we start planning and implementation of complete production plants, using a prototype as an intermediate stage where required.
